One-Time Analysis ($99)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of report delivery for any reason. No justification required, no hoops, no negotiation. Email us, mention your order, and your payment is refunded.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy.

European Union consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU. By requesting the analysis to begin immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that this service is a personalized digital service and that the right of withdrawal ceases once work has started with your explicit consent. Our 14-day refund policy above applies regardless and is more generous in scope.

Growth Tracking (waitlist)

Growth Tracking is not currently accepting payments. This policy will be updated before Growth Tracking activates in Q3 2026.

• Your name and email used for the purchase
• The channel that was analyzed
• Brief reason for the refund (helps us improve, but not required)

Our Commitment

We'd rather give you your money back than have an unsatisfied customer. If we can't deliver real value, we don't deserve your $99.
